Company & Position Overview

This individual will assist the sales department with data entry, spreadsheets and light accounting. This is a part time opportunity, 20 hours per week M-F 10a-2p. Candidate must be committed to maintaining a part time schedule.

Responsibilities & Operational Functions

  • Perform Order acknowledgements for Asset Management
  • Perform machine and attachment receiving for Asset Management
  • Track Demo / Loaner machines
  • Organize literature for Sales Force
  • Perform machine and work tool folder filing for Asset Management
  • Creation of RPO (rental purchase option) conversion sheets
  • Answer telephones, filing, faxing, scanning and other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required / College Degree preferred
  • Accounting experience 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Comfortable with numbers, inventory and data
  • Experience with PC and Mainframe applications
  • Detail oriented
  • Deadline responsive
  • Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, with a "can do" attitude
  • Ability to work closely with peers in a teamwork environment
